Teleconsultation Policy
In accordance with National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) telemedicine guidelines
Before any teleconsultation begins, we verify the patient's identity to ensure safe and accurate care.
- Patients must provide their full name, date of birth, and a valid phone number at the time of booking.
- A government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport) may be requested for first-time consultations.
- For follow-up consultations, identity is confirmed using the registered phone number and patient records on file.
- For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the consultation and provide their own identification.
Informed consent is obtained before every teleconsultation.
- Patients provide explicit consent acknowledging the nature and limitations of a teleconsultation versus an in-person visit.
- Consent is recorded digitally (via the booking form or a confirmation message on WhatsApp/email) and stored in the patient's records.
- Patients may withdraw consent and end the teleconsultation at any time.
- The consulting physician will explain the consultation process, expected outcomes, and any risks before proceeding.
Suitable for teleconsultation:
- Follow-up consultations for ongoing treatment plans
- Review of symptoms and progress assessment
